I come to doula care with the lens of a therapist and nervous system coach, so I can help you find and trust your own voice through pregnancy and birth. When things shift in your plan (as they often do), my goal is to help you pivot with confidence and keep moving forward.

I've had the honor of supporting families from so many different backgrounds, cultures, and faiths, and I genuinely love learning what makes your story your own. I center your care with curiosity and understanding, and as an echo of your goals and desires for your baby’s birth day.

Through labor

I'm hands on and present, doing whatever helps you stay calm and steady, and echoing your wishes with your birth team. Once baby arrives, I protect your golden hour and help you establish your first latch (if you’re breastfeeding).

Preparing together

I help you and your partner understand your options and proactively build your preferences for your birth and postpartum. You walk into labor prepared and knowing what to expect.

Once you're home

Your care doesn’t end. I stay present and available through your fourth trimester, checking in on your healing, your feeding journey, and ensuring you have the support you need to thrive as a new parent.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A doula walks with you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a doula, I am a non-clinical provider. I offer steady, evidence-based support: helping you understand your options, offering comfort measures and position ideas during labor, staying by your side through delivery, and checking in with you after you're home. Research consistently shows doula support leads to better birth experiences and outcomes, and my role is to help you feel informed, supported, and heard every step of the way.

  • For private insurance doula care, I will provide you with a superbill. (That’s a detailed receipt you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.) You can also use HSA and FSA funds for your care.

    I’m also a registered MO HealthNet (Medicaid) provider. I accept a limited number of Medicaid clients each month. If my spots are full, I’ll gladly refer you to another doula who can support you.

  • I absolutely offer flexible payment plans, and am happy to chat with you about your specific situation.

  • Not at all! I'm here to support both of you. Your partner knows you in a way no one else does, and my job is to help them show up fully, not step in for them. I offer guidance, comfort techniques, and reassurance so your partner can be present with you instead of worrying about what to do next. With me as your doula, you get two kinds of support instead of one.
