You don’t have to navigate this new season alone.
Individual and group therapy for pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can bring up things that life didn’t prepare you for.
Fear you can’t name yet. Grief alongside joy. A body and identity that are both changing faster than you can process. Therapy gives you a container to explore the pieces.
All sessions with me are grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, IPT, and solution-focused therapy, so you are only getting support backed by evidence. Whether you meet one on one or in a small group with others in the same season, the goal is the same—to help you feel steady, heard, and ready as you move through life’s big transitions.
Pregnancy Support Therapy Group
This small group is held for you to process your fears, questions, and the identity shifts that pregnancy brings with others who are on the same journey.
Postpartum Support Therapy Group
This structured group support is for your fourth trimester and beyond. A space to be honest about how hard this is, and to be reminded that you are not doing it wrong.
Individual Therapy
This is your space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the relationship shifts that come with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Sessions are tailored to you, using evidence-based methods, at a pace that honors where you are.
My approach to therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Our thoughts, feelings, and actions are all connected. CBT helps you notice thought patterns that are not serving you, and shows you how to shift them. When your thinking feels a little lighter, everything else tends to follow.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Building Stronger Relationships
So much of how we feel is tied to our relationships. IPT helps you strengthen the connections that matter most, so you have real support around you as you heal.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Instead of digging into everything that is wrong, this approach looks at what is already working for you. We build on your own strengths to help you find a path forward, one simple step at a time.
Multicultural Therapy (MT)
You bring your whole self into this room, your background, your culture, and your identity. Multicultural therapy makes sure your care actually fits your life, not a one size fits all script.
